Took the Kite Out Today

exerciseTalk about exercise?  I own a trainer kite.  This kite isnt like your average kite — it is 5 cubic meters which basically = huge.  With the right wind this kite can lift my fat ass off the ground!  The actual purpose of this kite is to act as a training kite for kite surfers.  You basically learn how to control the kite on land so that when you jump into the water you know what to do.  Granted the water kites are Gigantic when compared to mine (some are upwards of 15 meters) but 5 meters is still pretty large, especially for on Land.

So a few friends and i went out yesterday day and flew it… It has been a LONG time since i last used this thing and wow it let me know!  The act of flying this kite is similar to a pull up where basically you are pulling either your left arm or right arm back or pushing them forward.  Using the kite is actually a LOT of fun because when it pulls you up you float for a couple seconds.  I have attached a pic of me using this kite… kinda hard to see because it was taken with a camera phone but its still cool to see the contrast between a human body and the kite. Got My Xyience XFB

xyience xfb Lets see… about 1 week ago i bought a bottle of Xyience Xtreme Fat Burner. I got a great deal on it actually as i bought it off eBay for like $18 bucks. The bottle was all sealed up and unopened in the original box so i am confident that its ok.

FYI, this Xyience purchase parallel’s the third item in my weight loss plan and i am planning on starting to take it regularly once i begin working out.
