[Food Log] Today was Healthy & Tasted Great

Been lagging on the log. It’s OK… yesterday was not a day to be proud of lol. But today i did well, and i got a new rice cooker that makes PERFECT brown rice. BAM!

Fluids

  • 2 Cups of coffee
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 2 cups of water

Breakfast

  • A low fat cesar salad… i know — im wild AND crazy, but hey.
  • Mixed fruit that consisted of pineapple, mango, grapes, canteloup and honey dew

Lunch

  • Ate some more of the fruit
  • Steak marinated in some good stuff for about 2 days
  • Fingerling potatoes cooked in olive oil and covered in rosemary, parsley, pepper and onion power spice mix from mrs dash

Snack

  • Ate more of the fruit… it was pretty big.

Dinner

  • Made brown rice in my brand new rice cooker. Put some black pepper in the water before cooking the rice and DAMN that was really good rice!
  • Mixed the rice with black beans
  • Added a slice of fat free american cheese
  • Added some hot sauce to the mix… it was really good.
