[Food Log] The Deliciousness of Sushi

Pretty balanced meal today, i have to admit im proud of myself ![]()
Fluids
- 1 cup of tea
- 1 liter of water
- 20 oz of coffee
- 1 diet coke
Breakfast
- Fat free cottage cheese mixed WITH…
- Mandarin orange slices (canned in juice, had to pay extra for that!)
Lunch
- Spicey tuna sushi with cucumber in the rolls
- Fruit salad
Snack
- Salted cashews. i have heard nuts are not core, but screw that, they are good for you.
Dinner
- Salmon terriyaki with Rice and Salad
- 1 California roll
