[Food Log] The Deliciousness of Sushi

Pretty balanced meal today, i have to admit im proud of myself :)

Fluids

  • 1 cup of tea
  • 1 liter of water
  • 20 oz of coffee
  • 1 diet coke

Breakfast

  • Fat free cottage cheese mixed WITH…
  • Mandarin orange slices (canned in juice, had to pay extra for that!)

Lunch

  • Spicey tuna sushi with cucumber in the rolls
  • Fruit salad

Snack

  • Salted cashews. i have heard nuts are not core, but screw that, they are good for you.

Dinner

  • Salmon terriyaki with Rice and Salad
  • 1 California roll
