[Food Log] Saturday Foods

Weekends are always good eats :) Especially when i make my famous breakfast potatoes.

Fluids

  • 2 cups of coffee
    • Fat free creamer
  • 3 bottles of water

Breakfast

  • Mix of carrots, grapes (which i soon found out had gone BAD) and strawberries.

Lunch

  • I was up really early on saturday so this ‘lunch’ was more like my breakfast just @ lunch time, heh
  • 2 Scrambled eggs with fat free cheese
  • Famous potatoes. This is how you do it!
    • Put some olive oil in a pan and heat it up
    • Cut up some red potatoes and throw them in… like a professional, flip the potatoes by flipping the skillet. You do not need a spatula or any tool, just skill.
    • After the potatoes are browned a little, throw in a chopped green bell pepper
    • Next throw in some sliced mushrooms
    • Cut up some red onion, throw that in too
    • Be sure to constantly flip the mix around in order to brown on all sides and cook the potatoes all the way through
    • Last throw in like 3 cloves of garlic chopped. This has to go in last or else the garlic just burns and you cannot taste it
    • Add in some spices you like… parsley, LOTS of black pepper, ms dash, etc Sometimes i put cayane pepper
    • Cook until brown or almost burned if you like it that way
    • Add some salt and call it done.
  • Crumpet - only 90 calories and 0 fat.

Snack

  • Fruit with Cottage cheese (low fat) — im addicted to this

Dinner

  • Taco BELL :(
    • Ceasar wrap crunch or whatever its called
    • Fiesta burrito that should have been a Chicken quesadilla but they screwed the order up.
  • I know tbell is a bad bad idea but i broke down when it was suggested to me.
