[Food Log] I Barely Ate Anything!

Today i was too busy to eat. Woke up late… had to cut lunch short, and dinner was made super quick so i could continue to work. :(

Fluids

  • 3 cups of coffee with creamer — Gotta have it
  • 2 pints of tea
  • 1 liter of Safeway Clear (mango/peach)
  • 1 Diet coke
  • Some water
  • 1 cup of milk

Breakfast

  • Diddly squat — i woke up way too late for this. sometimes in the morning its either yoga or breakfast and the yoga makes me feel better than the breakfast does so i do that.

Lunch

  • 2 ground beef patties they were TINY and cooked the night before
  • Red bell pepper and black bean soup. ingredients looked pretty clean aside from some cream in it, but this is all i had time for.
  • Salad with miso dressing on it

Snack

  • Ate some dates. I have a feeling these are NOT core but i made a better choice than snacking down all of our cookies
  • 2 small cookies

Dinner

  • Stir fry from a Trader Joes frozen package including:
    • Chicken
    • Broccoli
    • Mixed veggies
    • Chow mein noodles
  • There was also some sauce that came with it…this little package was REALLY good and its just another great product from Trader Joes.
