[Food Log] Food for a Guy in a Hurry

Day of doubles. Pretty much ate the same thing i had for breakfast and lunch as dinner and a snack. It really sucks being so busy all you have time for is like Mc Donalds and that is Always a bad idea so rather than eat that crap… i opted to double up on stuff i already made.

Fluids

  • 2-2.5 liters of water
  • 1 cup of coffee with creamer
  • 2 Diet cokes

Breakfast

  • Mixed a fat free yogurt with…
  • Mandarin orange slices

Lunch

  • Stir fry veggies.
    • Olive oil
    • Peas
    • Carrots
    • Water chesnuts
    • Onions
  • A few fat free quesadillas
    • 3 - Fat free cheese slices
    • .5 can - Fat free chili
    • Lots of hot sauce
    • 3-4 tortillas (small)

Snack

  • Handfull of nuts (yeah i know that sounds bad, lol)
  • 1 huge Banana (nice follow up from the nuts)
  • Mandarin oranges in fat free cherry yogurt

Dinner

  • Finished the Stir fry veggies.
    • Olive oil
    • Peas
    • Carrots
    • Water chesnuts
    • Onions
  • A few fat free quesadillas
    • 3 - Fat free cheese slices
    • Rest of the Fat free chili
    • Lots of hot sauce (almost hurt myself)
    • 3 tortillas (small)
