Fluids

Breakfast
- I think i skipped breakfast… too much of a rush.
Lunch
- Went to safeway and got an “oriental chicken salad”. Trust me, this salad is the one salad u should NEVER EVER BUY. I dont know how u can screw up a SALAD but it just tasted REALLY bad and i used some ginger/miso dressing that normally tastes really good. Maybe the produce was bad?
- Chicken was included in the salad.
Snack
- Peanuts, raisins mixed with Yogurt chips.
- Tiramisu – bad, i know but sometimes u just gotta give in
Dinner
- BBQed another Sweet Burbon tritip. This meat is Great and its huge. For $20 you can feed like 3 people and it tastes great.
- Baked yams
- Boiled some Carrots put salt and fake butter (0 cals)
- Sauteed green beens in a little bit of oil with garlic, onion powder, pepper and some salt. These were REALLY good!
I so wish I could have eaten those leftovers….man was it GOOOOOD.
