[Food Log] Eating Better Again

Back to basic goodness.

Fluids

  • 1 liter of water
  • Coffee with creamer/equal

Breakfast

  • 1 apricot
  • 1 apple

Lunch

  • I ate what my work was serving today…
    • Salmon
    • Mixed veggies with:
      • Brocolli
      • Cauliflower
      • Carrots
      • Zucchini
    • Brown Rice
    • Crazy chinese hot sauce that was on the counter, lol.

Snack

  • Bell peppers- raw!  green and orange, very good.

Dinner

  • Had some pasta.  was supposed to eat whole wheat pasta, but my girlfriend forgot the whole wheat pasta @ her house before coming over… used mild portion control… i stress mild lol
