- Coffee with creamer/equal
- 1 apricot
- 1 apple
- I ate what my work was serving today…
- Mixed veggies with:
- Brown Rice
- Crazy chinese hot sauce that was on the counter, lol.
- Bell peppers- raw! green and orange, very good.
- Had some pasta. was supposed to eat whole wheat pasta, but my girlfriend forgot the whole wheat pasta @ her house before coming over… used mild portion control… i stress mild lol
